Here you can view events that require staff and request a shift. When you have identified a shift that you would like to join us on, click the 'Request a Shift' button below. Once you have completed a request form, you will receive an automated email when your shift has been approved / declined. Please make a note of your shift requests that you make.  
 
Please note - When an event is fully booked, it will not show below. Shift requests are approved according to skill grade and on a first come, first serve basis. Get your requests in quick! Please see some FAQs at the bottom of this page.

HOW ELSE DO I FIND OUT ABOUT AVAILABLE SHIFTS?

 

We will let you know when an event is open for booking so keep an eye on your Slack App

 

We will always contact you via the email address and / or mobile number that you register with on your application. Keep this information up to date so you don’t miss out on important information and work available.

 

HOW DO I BOOK SHIFTS?

 

All you have to do is click the link found at the top of this page, where you will be required to complete the form. Simple! 

WHAT DO I DO IF I'M ILL OR I CAN’T MAKE THE SHIFTS THAT I HAVE BOOKED?

 

If you are unable to attend your confirmed shifts you will need to let the team know as soon as possible so that they can arrange for someone else to fill the shift.

 

If you are unable to attend at short notice, i.e. Friday of the weekend which you are due to work, you must call one of the management team. We understand that some circumstances are beyond your control, but please aim to give us as much notice as possible so that we can fill your shift with another clinician.
